SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All Lacefield Designs products are shipped via UPS Ground.
Most items are in stock and will ship within 5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of the estimated ship date. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping charges will be calculated as 10% of total order amount, with a minimum fee of $12.50.
Lacefield Designs stands behind our products 100%. We will accept returns on unwashed, unused items in salable condition returned in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fabric swatches, cut fabric yardage, or sale items. Please note fabric colors may vary due to dye lot inconsistencies.
A return authorization #RA number and original receipt (packing slip) must be accompanied with the returned items. To Request a RA#, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 404.351.5450 ext.110 or ext.122.
Please pack and seal the items you have been approved to return in the original packaging with the packing slip enclosed. Clearly mark your RA# on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using UPS or FedEx Ground for your return. Please keep the tracking number from your return shipment to ensure the package is delivered to our warehouse.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted beyond the 10 day return period. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, less original shipping charges. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
Please note, all returns on WHOLESALE ORDERS will incur a 30% restocking fee, in addition to shipping charges.
