What type of inserts are used in your pillows?

All of our pillows include an insert made from 95% feather 5% down.  Feathers are triple washed.

Lacefield Designs is an Internet store with a large warehouse distribution facility. We have retail partners throughout the US and Canada. Please click the RETAIL STORES button at the top of the page to locate a retailer in your area.

How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I buy your fabric by the yard?

Yes. All of our fabrics are available for purchase by the yard under the header titled TEXTILES.  We do not sell partial yards, so please round up to the nearest whole yard when placing your order.  There is a 2 yard minimum per pattern/colorway.

Do you have a mailing list that I can sign up for?

Yes we do! If you would like to join our mailing list, please click the ENVELOPE icon at the top of the page. As a member of our list, you will receive information on sales, upcoming events, new designs and special offers.

I really love the decor and accessories shown in your photography. Where can I find product not available on your website?

The majority of furniture and accessories used in our lifestyle vignettes are part of our design teams' personal collection.

How do I order fabric swatches for quality and color reference?

8X8 swatches are available of our textile patterns.  Swatches are $1.50 each and are available under the TEXTILE section of the website.

What is the return policy for online purchases?

We will accept returns on unwashed, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fabric swatches, cut fabric yardage, custom orders, upholstered furniture, personalized items, sale items or one of a kind finds from our Marche.  A return authorization RA# and original receipt (packing slip) must be accompanied with the returned items.  To request a RA#, please email Nancy Bishop at nancy@lacefielddesigns.com.  Please pack and seal the items you have been approved to return in its original packaging with the packing slip included.  Clearly mark your RA# on the outside of the package.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.  Be sure to use a carrier that offers package insurance and tracking.  We are not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted beyond the 7 day return period.  Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.  Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.

What if an item is on back order?

We strive to maintain inventory on all product. However, due to the handmade nature of our designer pillows, some items may take up to two weeks to ship.

If an item is on backorder and will take longer that the normal shipping timeframe, you will be notified via email as to the status of that particular item.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

All Lacefield Designs products are shipped via UPS Ground.  Please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.  Shipping charges are calculated at 10% of the total order amount.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you order is shipping within the state of Georgia, you will be charged 7% sales tax on your order.  All other states are exempt from sales tax.

How do I care for my product?

Most merchandise has a care label and/or washing instructions attached. We generally recommend spot cleaning our pillows with applique details.
